2011 - 2012 Calendar Of Events

Tuesday November 22, 2011 9:00am - 4:15pm	Marathon CLE Opportunity to earn up to 6.4 CLE credits participating in great topics with great speakers!
Wednesday October 19, 2011 4pm - 6pm	Vicinage XIII Professionalism Seminar Join us for this two hour Ethics Seminar with an all-star cast. Seminar will be held at the Clinton Holiday Inn prior to the Judges Clerks Night.
Wednesday October 19, 2011 6:00pm - 9:00pm	Judges/Clerks Dinner Join us as we welcome incoming law clerks and the judiciary for a new term. Special Guest Speaker is David P. Anderson, Jr., AOC, Director of Professional & Governmental Services.
Tuesday September 13, 2011 6pm-9pm	2011 Installation Dinner Join us at the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse for the Installation Dinner which is free to all HCBA members. We welcome our new board member, Haekyoung Suh, and congratulate the Hunterdon Professional Lawyer of the Year, Rick Conley
Monday September 12, 2011 9am - 12pm	Day of Service In remembrance of 9-11, HCBA members will be at the Hunterdon County courthouse from 9-12 to help the public with legal questions. A moment of silence will be held at 9:37 in the Jury Management Room
Tuesday September 06, 2011 9am - 9:30	Opening Court Ceremony A one-half hour Opening Court Ceremony will be held in Judge Buchsbaum's courtroom at the Hunterdon County Courthouse beginning at 9am. Refreshments will follow in the staff cafeteria. New law clerks and HCBA members will be introduced. A memorial service will be held.

Tuesday May 03, 2011 6:00-8:00	Cyberbullying, the Legalities and the Role of the Peacemaker Hunterdon Prevention Resources, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office and the HCBA present this Cyberbullying Program for students grades 6 and higher. This interactive program allows students to understand what it is, what can happen and how to react. Event is free and open to the public at the Hunterdon County Courthouse.
Monday May 02, 2011 3:00pm - 4:30pm	Law Day - Senior Advance Directive Seminar HCBA members will hold an Advance Directives/Power of Attorney Seminar and register Seniors for follow-up services. Fees will be adjusted based on senior's income level.

Thurday April 30, 2009 6:00 - 8:30	Law Day Celebration Join us in the Justice Center for Reality Court. Hear 3 cases, participate in grand jury, and ask questions of judges and attorneys.
Tuesday April 21, 2009 5:30 - 8:30	Judge Mahon Retirement Reception We will gather for an informal dinner reception for Judge Mahon at the Beaver Brook Country Club. The event will be held from 5:30-8:30. Dinner will be available throughout this period.
